Human-approved actions
Zeonext does not autonomously invoice customers, modify contracts, change prices or send customer-facing communications.
Zeonext is designed as a decision-support layer with controlled workflows, evidence behind findings, and human review before financial or customer-facing action.

Every recommendation is designed to stay connected to evidence, estimated financial impact, uncertainty, and human review before customer-facing or financial action.
Zeonext does not autonomously invoice customers, modify contracts, change prices or send customer-facing communications.
Findings are designed to show why they exist and surface uncertainty rather than hiding it.
Browser uploads can use short-lived, tokenized intake slots that encrypt file bytes at rest before analysis. Queued analysis payloads are also encrypted while pending or retrying. Temporary source content is cleared after successful processing or terminal failure; durable product state retains findings, opportunities, workflow state, outcomes, evidence excerpts/locators and audit records rather than raw source documents.
Live OpenAI Responses requests are configured with application-state storage disabled. Provider-side safety retention may still apply under the selected API account configuration.
The current pilot release includes tenant-scoped member/API authentication, durable tenant-isolated analyses and opportunities, encrypted temporary intake and queued jobs, persistent audit events, origin controls, health/readiness checks, lifecycle guardrails and durable monitoring hooks. Production deployment still requires strong secrets, HTTPS, backups, malware/OCR processing appropriate to the data, and an approved operating environment.
Zeonext surfaces potential business opportunities for review. Customers remain responsible for contract interpretation and business decisions.
Contract security businesses handle customer contracts, site information, staffing economics, and operational activity. Zeonext is designed around evidence-backed decision support, human approval, encrypted bounded source handling, tenant-scoped access, durable auditability, governed action lifecycles, and controlled production deployment.
